As a Senior Claims Specialist working in our Buffalo-area, NY office, your primary mandate will be to provide outstanding customer service with the resolution of claims from beginning to end. You will use your experience in this capacity to evaluate, investigate, negotiate, and resolve and settle claims. We are looking for someone who can function independently without any necessary hand-holding, so you will be trusted to apply your proven expertise to solve problems and make decisions.
