As a Business Systems Analyst, in Las Vegas, NV, you will work closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing software solutions. You will own the program development cycle from project definition through system implementation and develop, control, and coordinate resources to accomplish project objectives.
- Innovation, flexibility and creativity are all keys to your success as you work with business owners and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and model requirements for various software development projects
- Prior exposure to the full software development life cycle will enable you to successfully develop business requirement documents, create functional and technical specifications, and build process flow diagrams
- Your ability to communicate effectively and interact with both non-technical and highly technical teams, internally and externally, will be essential as you create essential project documentation
- Utilize your persuasive and patient approach along with your aptitude for both business and technology to make recommendations and identify trends while negotiating implementation options with clients
- Prior experience in the stored value or payment card industry will give you an instant sense of the priorities and dynamic nature of the products and applications we deliver
